Processing Prices

Where processing is not included as part of a package (for example Wedding or Portrait packages), we currently charge at a rate of £10 per unit of processing time.

A Unit of Processing time is 30 minutes. If a job takes 30 minutes or less then it will be charged at a rate of one unit. If a job exceeds one unit but is less than two units then a second unit will be charged.
For example a 45 minute job will be charged at two units (a full hour) and an 85 minute job at three units. Time is charged from the moment we start work on an image to the moment we finish.

If you ask us to perform some processing on an image, we will give an estimate (not a quote) of how long we believe the work will take. Based on this estimate you can decide to set a limit on how much time we spend on the job and we will do whatever we can within this time constraint.

Unfortunately we cannot give estimates without first seeing the work required. What appears at first glance to be a simple colour restoration for a faded photo may actually take a lot of processing time to correct properly if the fading is uneven. Please see Processing Services page for details.
